The conference is designed for internal auditors, risk managers, compliance officers, IT and cyber security professionals, board members, and anyone responsible for governance, risk and assurance across public and private sector organisations in Zambia and the wider region.

All packages include access to all keynote sessions, panel discussions and breakout streams, conference materials, daily lunches and refreshments, and networking opportunities. The Full Package additionally includes 3 nights' accommodation with breakfast at Avani Victoria Falls Resort.

Yes — attendance qualifies for up to 16 CPD/CPE hours across both days, recognised by the IIA and ISACA. A certificate of attendance will be issued at the close of the conference for your records.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Many visitors can obtain a visa on arrival at Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport (Livingstone) or apply online via the Zambia eVisa portal in advance. We recommend checking requirements for your country well ahead of travel.

Registration fees can be paid via bank transfer or mobile money, with details provided after you submit the registration form. Organisations registering five or more delegates should contact us directly for group pricing.

Yes. The Full Package covers 3 nights at Avani Victoria Falls Resort, but extended stays can be arranged directly with the resort at the conference rate — quote the GRC 2026 Conference when booking.

Business attire is recommended for all conference sessions. For the welcome reception and any evening networking events, smart casual is appropriate.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at no extra cost — just notify us in writing with the new delegate's details. For cancellations, please contact us as early as possible so we can advise on our refund timelines.

Yes. Registered delegates will receive session recordings and presentation materials through a post-event delegate portal, so you can revisit key sessions or share takeaways with your team after you're back in the office.
